 What is RibFest?                                                                 
                                It's so fun...and mmmmmm sooo good!     
Get fired up for BBQ RibFest 2009, the 12^th Annual Fort Wayne RibFest at Headwaters Park, downtown near the city-county building, June 18 - 21.   The 12^th Annual festival is fast becoming one of Ft. Wayne's biggest and most anticipated events of the summer. It's 4 days of unbelievably delicious, mouth watering barbecue. Slow smoked just the way you like them by national award winning cooking teams as well as some of Ft. Wayne's favorites.
Many RibFesters come back day after day to pig out on ribs, giant pulled pork and beef sandwiches, delectable slow roasted BBQ Chicken, and awesome slow smoked brisket. Come join us for Ft. Wayne's biggest family picnic.                                 
Not only is there awesome barbecue but other festival favorites like funnel cakes, lemon shakeups, strawberry shortcakes, cream puffs, roasted nuts and much more.
After you have filled your tummy it is now time to kick back and stay awhile, because from it's humble beginnings the RibFest has developed into one of the finest Blues Festival of the Midwest.
